The schemes enable you, as an employer, to offer this unique employee benefit; providing your employees with a way to afford, and save on, a new eBike, whilst spreading the cost over a 12 to 24 month period.Once you’ve signed your business up to the scheme, your employees can choose the eBike they desire and, when you’ve reviewed their request and determined if they’re eligible, you pay for the equipment requested, which will be repaid to you by your employees as a salary sacrifice over an agreed time as soon as the bike has been received.
