Standard Service

£75

plus any replacement parts required

A Basic Service is designed to cover essential maintenance tasks that ensure the e-bike is in good working order.

Inspection & Adjustment

Brakes: Check brake pads for wear, adjust brake tension, and ensure proper alignment; brake pads replacement if needed
Gears: Adjust and fine-tune gear shifting to ensure smooth operation
Tyres: Check tyre pressure and tread condition, inflate to recommended pressure, and inspect for any damage or wear

Lubrication

Chain: Clean and lubricate the chain to ensure smooth and efficient operation
Cables: Lubricate brake and gear cables to reduce friction and improve performance

Battery & Electrical System Check

Battery Health: Check the battery's condition and charge level
Connections: Inspect electrical connections for corrosion or damage and ensure any are secure
Display and Controls: Test the functionality of the display, controls, and lights

General Safety Check

Bolts and Nuts: Check and tighten all bolts and nuts in the recommended torque settings
Tyres and Parts: Inspect for any signs of damage or wear
Test Ride: Perform a short test ride to ensure everything is working correctly

Includes everything in the Basic Service, plus additional comprehensive checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Detailed Inspection & Adjustment

Brake System: Inspect and replace brake pads if necessary, bleed hydraulic brakes (if applicable), and check the brake motor for wear
Gear System: Deep clean and lubricate the drivetrain, deep clean derailleur and replace worn components if needed
Wheels: True wheels, check spokes for tension, and inspect hubs and bearings for wear

Component Cleaning & Maintenance

Frame and Fork: Thoroughly clean the frame and fork, and inspect for any cracks or damage
Chain and Drivetrain: Remove and degrease the chain, cassette, and chainrings, then re-lubricate
Bottom Bracket and Headset: Inspect and service the bottom bracket and headset, including cleaning and replacing bearings if needed

Battery & Electrical System Maintenance

Battery Inspection: Conduct a more detailed battery health check, including testing the battery's capacity and performing any necessary updates to the battery management system (BMS)
Electrical System Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to check the motor, controller, and wiring for any issues, and perform firmware updates if available

Additional Safety & Performance Checks

Accessories: Check and adjust any accessories such as racks, fenders, lights, and bells to ensure they are secure and functional
Detailed Test Ride: Perform an extended test ride to thoroughly check the bike's performance under various conditions
