We aim to deliver your new electric bike or prepare it for collection within 5 working days from order (unless stated otherwise in the description). 

During this time we carry out a pre-delivery inspection, prior to despatch, at our workshop in Andover, Hampshire, where you can also safely collect your eBike.

We deliver FREE to mainland UK. Please contact us for delivery to anywhere else.

All eBikes we sell carry a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty supported by our well equipped staff and workshop in Andover, Hampshire.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Before returning, contact us at info@countyebikes.co.uk for return labels and courier collection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund approval. Approved refunds (minus shipping) will be credited to your original payment method within 3 working days.
